Buyer Home Shopping Cards

Many times, your clients will go look at houses on their own without you.  In many cases, if they visit a new home site, the builder may refuse to acknowledge that you are representing the client since you were not at the site.  Avoid losing a client - avoid having your clients have NO Representation!
